In this infographic, I've summarised some of the more popular operational amplifier circuits along with the relevant design formulas.

I've included the basic inverting and non-inverting amplifiers along with a summing amplifier, differential amplifier and voltage follower.

Also included are low pass filter, high pass filter, as well as the differentiator and integrator circuits.

its worth noting that the filter circuits use a Butterworth response as this provides some easy calculations and its response is normally ideal for the sorts of applications where these circuits are normally used.
