The Nokia 7250 and 7250i were mobile handsets that were launched in the early 2000s and followed many of the design principles of Nokia phones of the time being stylish, compact and customisable.

The 7250 was announced in 2002 and released for sale a little later, being available to purchase in February 2003. The phone was designed in California at Nokia Design Center near San Diego.

The Nokia 7250 was noted for its rather striking design and colour scheme. It had an integrated digital camera, Xpress-On covers and a number of other useful features.

The Nokia 7250 was a successor to the older 7210 which had been very successul. One of the main differences between the 7210 and the 7250 was the digital camera which was introduced into the 7250.

Another advantage that some commented on was the increased button size of the 7250. The 7210 had relatively small buttons and some people found these difficult to use.

The 7250 was also updated to the Nokia 7250i. The electronics within this vintage phone wee the same as the original 7250, but software updates enabled features including XHTML browser, OMA Forward lock digital rights management, zoom function to magnify images, etc as well as a more advanced camera.

The Nokia 7250 and 7250 phones were very stylish and quite striking in their day. The design was quite Art Deco, and this meant that they stood out from many other designs that were more conservative.<.p>

The phone had comparatively few refinements when compared to later hones, but it was comparable with many other phones of the day.
